My dodge charger won't start.
09 Charger SXT won't start. If I turn the key my Charger will turn over maybe 1/8-1/4 turn and stop, it won't try to start for ten seconds like it's supposed to. I thought it was the starter and put a brand new one on it, that didn't fix it. I thought maybe it was a fuse or solenoid, they're all good.

Just to update here - we've replaced both the Fuel Pump and Fuel Sending Unit in my 2013 Dodge Charger, the problem with starting is gone. My problem was identical to this video. One interesting point - the fuel filter was completely black in the sending unit (see photo), although the car has only 35.000 miles on it.
