2024 Apc ups beeps

Unplugged all devices that were plugged in to the UPS. Turned the UPS off at the mains and unplugged it. Removed the battery. Held down the power button for 5 seconds. Reconnected the battery. Plugged back in to the mains. Turned the UPS back on. I still get the tone and flashing red light. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.. Mamarita's
