Trigger finger pad centered on trigger for both handguns. The 43 just fits and seems to point naturally for me - pretty much aim and shoot it and it goes where I want. 365 takes a little more concentration for the results below. Target 1 - P365 at 21 feet. Target 2 - (pink) 43 at 21 feet. Target 3 - P365 at 30 feet w/ the aim point at the "7."

I suggest you watch the videos that are available for the non-safety version and you will see there isn't any difference in the procedure. 1 - first, figure out what shooting fundamentals work for you - grip and stance among them (you have to be balanced and comfortable). Shoot more to settle those in as the foundation of everything else. The ergonomics/mechanics have to work for you (isosceles, weaver, modified weaver etc- each has pros and cons).
